Person Balance Data Import Template

Configuration > Utilities > Data Import Templates

The Person Balance Data Import Template is used to import staff and student balances from the customer's legacy system.

The following fields can be added to the Person Balance Data Import Template:

Beginning Balance
Identifier(s) Note: Student Identifiers and Staff Identifiers are acceptable Note: To indicate a shared account, enter all identifiers for the shared account separated by a comma. Ex: 12345,54321,98765

Note: Balances will only be imported for accounts that are $0.00 at the time of the import. The import will not modify accounts that are greater than or less than $0.00.
